ANH ANH is a cozy, culinary restaurant in Dachau located at Karl-Benz-Straße 7. We cook traditional Vietnamese, but also like to surprise with unusual, new creations. Our young team places great value on fresh and crisp ingredients, which find their perfection in a culinary art. "The eye eats too." – is the mantra of our kitchen and is reflected in the ambience. We want to be a meeting point for those who want to have fine, Vietnamese delicacies in a cozy, informal atmosphere.

Bun Nem

The enjoyment of the hot and crispy fried spring rolls, the sour and spicy taste, mixed with the fragrant pepper, will not make the guests "ecstatic."

Vietnamese people have loved vermicelli for generations, even those who eat sparingly and tend more towards vegetables still have vegetarian fried vermicelli to enjoy. Usually, this dish cannot go without a dipping sauce made of fish sauce, vinegar, chili, garlic, sugar, and pepper.

Knusprige Ente Thai-Rot-Curry

The red Thai curries are traditional dishes of Thai cuisine. In my home country of Thailand, it is also called "Gäng Phed" (spicy curry) or "Gäng Daeng" (red soup). The red color comes from the many red chilies used in its preparation.

The sliced duck breast is added to the red Thai curry with its crispy skin. The smoky aroma of the crispy duck skin harmonizes very well with the spicy red curry and the coconut milk it contains.

Sushi Combo

The inspiration for today's sushi comes from Southeast Asia. From the method of preserving freshwater fish, the first forms of the now so popular sushi developed over time.

Many people have difficulty enjoying sushi with chopsticks. But we don't really have to try so hard: traditionally, chopsticks are used in a sushi bar for sashimi (razor-thin slices of raw fish), while sushi is classically eaten with the fingers.

We regularly order sushi there and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Today we tried the delivery service once. Tasted just as good as in the restaurant. Was also still nice and hot. Delivery time of just under an hour was the only downside.

I am very satisfied with the quality offered, whether sushi or one of the standard dishes. My favorite is the Thai beef with coconut sauce - it's tender as butter and the ingredients are always fresh. The sushi is also really delicious.\nI pick up myself. The stated time (usually 10 - 15 min) was always correct. They are really very nice there.
